Coronavirus (COVID-19) Delivery Advice

Please be advised, due to the ongoing global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been alerted of shipping service delays impacting domestic and international territories. Due to COVID-19 in rare cases international shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive while domestic shipments can take up to 14 days. Also, gaps in tracking information are very common during these times.

These service interruptions may result in slight delays. We are trying our best to ensure you receive your packages within a reasonable timeframe; however we may experience some delays due to delivery services.

SHIPPING

It takes 48 hours for your order to process.

Shipping time: All products are made and packaged by hand, Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping of product(s).

Due to the nature and essence of the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact rezealence@aol.com for a resolution.

Locations of warmer climates or products shipped during the summer months, cream based products might have a more uncongealed consistency upon arrival. Please open carefully or let sit at room temperature or in the refrigerator before use.

Once your order is process it can take 2-7 business days in transit domestically or 2-21 days internationally depending on which service you choose.

Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for tracking. 

 All products are handmade. If your item is sold out it will be restocked once completed and back orders will ship between 7-10 business days. Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number.  Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. Please contact them and hold them responsible for package delays.

 We are not responsible for your countries customs handling or tax charges. They are  completely different entities and we do not determine what those charges will be if any.

Also, our customers who are shipping with UPS care are able to update address, track and schedule delivery with the UPS tracking app.

LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED ITEMS

We want to help ensure your best experience with us! All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact us for any further assistance.  We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

We can’t guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers,  but we will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery  on time. In the rare event that this happens, ReZealence, LLC., cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged packages. We will do everything we can do assist with the delivery of your products. However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and are successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation.

ReZealence, LLC is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a matter that is solely with the mail carrier. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.

 CLAIM FILINGS

 The customer needs to notify ReZealence, LLC and we will file the claim. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for a response to provide resolution. The customer is not guaranteed a refund/reshipment. ReZealence, LLC will abide by UPS regulations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of of products we DO NOT allow returns.

Once an order ships we cannot alter, change or refund.  If your items have not shipped they can be cancelled or exchanged for an item of the same value within the first 2 hours of your purchase.  After that your order is finalized.

Once your item is shipped do not refuse. If an item is a refused we will charge a $20.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
